Bug Description

Downloads with Transmission is slow when the UFW firewall is enabled.

Add a UFW application profile.
Here is one: https://github.com/ageis/ufw-application-profiles/blob/master/applications.d/Transmission

Seems port 51413 needs to be allowed.
