transmission-qt uses base-10 file sizes, while other Qt applications use base-2 sizes

Some time ago, Gnome made the dubious policy decision to copy Apple and use base-10 file sizes. However, Qt/KDE applications as a rule use traditional base-2 file sizes. For consistency, transmission-qt should likewise use base-2 file sizes.
