transmission-gtk speed unstable with large files (10GB+)

Bug Description
When downloading a large file (10GB+), download speed fluctuates drastically (rises normally to maximum, suddenly drops down to zero). Before it is asked, please note that this does not occur when downloading 1GB- files. Speed rremains steady at the maximum. This annoying behaviour only occurs with large files.
The upload speed is also affected by the fluctuation.
