adding LibreOffice torrent (in Chromium) throws error message - but works

Using Chromium 31 and adding a torrent from LibreOffice gives me every time this message:

Fehler beim Öffnen des Torrents
(Error opening torrent)

Die Torrent-Datei »/home/laza/Downloads/LibreOffice_4.1.4_Linux_x86_deb.tar.gz.torrent« enthält ungültige Daten.
(The torrent file »/home/laza/Downloads/LibreOffice_4.1.4_Linux_x86_deb.tar.gz.torrent« contains invalid data.)

If i close the window the torrent is added and the download starts as expected.

I was not able to reproduce the error with Firefox 26 - so this could be a Chromium problem!?!
