Transmission does not show up in launcher or application switcher when launched.

As the title says: when Transmission is running, it's icon does not appear in the launcher. There is also no icon for it in the app switcher (the thing displayed when you alt+tab).

Additionally Transmission is not brought to the foreground when clicking links in Firefox that would normally launch and forground the helper program.
