Combobox for download location not working

This appears to be an upstream bug, but I am posting here anyway. Basically when downloading a new torrent, or moving an existing torrent, there should be a combobox that allows you to select previous locations, or type a new one. Right now, you can only select previous locations, but not type a new one.

This bug exists in other distros I have found, but I do have a patch that can be added to the transmission-remote-gtk package that fixes it for me, however that is for the 1.2 version of transmission-remote-gtk. Maybe this is grounds for including a prerelease-but-100%-working transmission-remote-gtk package in 16.04, with the attached patch. I am including on this bug report.
