Transmageddon : Doesn't start the transcoding

Transmagedon is not able to start the converting process and in this stat this program is useless and somebody should fix it or remove it from Software Center.

How to confirm:
Open transmagedon from terminal,
Put an input video file,
Select any preset,
Press transcode and you'll notice that it never starts transcoding.

On terminal you wil get the following output:
