Bug Description
I updated a machine to precise 4 or 5 days ago and since that time tracker-miner-fs and tracker-store have been running almost incessantly, slowing down my desktop and driving me just about crazy with the constant buzzing. Every morning I turn on my computer and am assaulted by a couple hours of constant HD buzzing.
There are other similar bug reports, but most are old and I am wondering what is up. I thought these problems with tracker had been resolved because I didn't notice it running on another machine, but now I realize that it is because I have an SDD on the other machine and this machine has a slower and louder HDD. Is there anything I can do to reduce this problem without loosing all the functionality that tracker adds?
