touchegg guestures not recognized in root window

The summary pretty much says it all. This is a known bug in touchegg 1.1.1 and it is fixed in SVN trunk. This is documented at the following URL:

I've confirmed this myself by doing an svn checkout http://touchegg.googlecode.com/svn/touchegg/ and compiling it.

One more bug will be solved by getting updated source from
https://github.com/JoseExposito/touchegg

The other bug involves the pinch zoom in not working (actually recognized as zoom out)
