totem window height depends on mp3 comment field

Bug Description
If i play a certain mp3-file the height of the totem window can not be adjusted below a very high value. My screen has a height of 1050px and the totem window has at least a height of 1000px.
I consider this a bug, since the minimal height of the totem window depends on the length of the comment field of a mp3-file.
In the attachment is the tag information for the mp3-file as reported by "exiftool". Sadly i have no idea how to write this information to another mp3-file. If you are not able to recreate the bug with the supplied information, i would supply the original mp3-file in private.
