Bug Description
Binary package hint: totem
Playing a video directly from the web often leads to the fact that it has to buffer every 2 seconds. The bandwith is not the problem.
Using Ubuntu 7.04 with GNOME totem 2.18.1

Thank you for your bug. Do you use totem-gstreamer or totem-xine? What connection speed did you choose to the preferences? Could you give an URL example where it's happing? Does it stop reading while it's downloading?
