Bug Description
I am trying to click the Tomboy icon in the gnome-shell dock. I was previously able to click it to open the list of notes or right click and see a partial list with menu options.
Since upgrading to 12.04 from 11.10, I only see the Tomboy icon greyed out and I am unable to interact with it. Clicking does nothing.
I have to close Tomboy and restart it in order to see the Tomboy window that contains my list of notes.

Not sure what happened, but it started working. Maybe an update to gnome-shell fixed it. Sorry, I didn't keep better track!
