With indicators I can't set any note to display always in list

Before Unity and its indicators, I could "pin" a note. With this action the note was displayed always in the list that Tomboy shows when you click in tray icon.
This "pin" action was activated with a button in the list (see screenshot).
But now, with indicators, this button has disappeared. I can't pin any note with indicator menu.
