Two separators in notification area menu, when we have no notes

Binary package hint: tomboy

When we have some notes, menu in notification area looks like this:
 * Create New note
 * Search All notes
 * ———————
 * Note 1
 * Note 2
 * ———————
 * Synchronize Now

When we don’t, it looks like this:
 * Create New note
 * Search All notes

 * Synchronize Now
