Do not spell check for non-latin alphabet.

thanks for your report, well you can always disable the spell checker on the preferences menu, is that enough or you don't want spell checker at all?

I mean tomboy check spell word where doesn't need at all. Not only East Asian character, but also URL addresses which has blue underline. Many applications such as Firefox or OOo don't check spelling in this case. I hope tomboy also do that.
