thunderbird cannot connect to servers using secured pop or smtp conexions. The SSL protocol has been disabled.

Launching thunderbird the following 2 error messages appear:

1)

If you continue to use this browser session, you might see incorrect browser behaviour when accessing security features."

2) Thunderbird can't connect securely to xxx because the SSL protocol has been disabled.

I have no problem of full disk or close to be full, neither problems with the directories/files rights.
