dialog contents uses wrong ratio

Laptop with external HDMI display connected.
Ratio is 200% on external display, 100% on laptop display.
Please find attached the picture of a dialog using the wrong ratio for the dialog contents, but the correct ratio for the dialog borders, icons, etc.
