Bug Description

Hello

When we want to stop ubuntu version 17.10, he continues to work by indicating a message on the screen

"INFO task thermald:880 is blocked for more 120 seconds".

Soo it is necessary to do this command before stopping computer

sudo systemctl stop thermald.service

unfortunately after doing this action, another service does not end. His name is Xwailand

The version of ubuntu is
 "linux /boot/vmlinuz-4.13.0-17-generic.efi.signed root=UUID=f0641efe-a392-4030-8271-de6b3db19912 ro quiet splash pci=noaer $vt_handoff
 initrd /boot/initrd.img-4.13.0-17-generic"

Hello.
In order to work around this problem, we need to install the proprietary NVIDIA driver. (384.90)

This automatically displays full error messages on the screen. ( https://pix.tdct.org/upload/original/1512478780.jpg )
it can be seen that the computer can shut down almost normally after waiting 5 minutes.

The next start is no longer in wayland session but we must also wait 5 minutes when stopping.
