Bug Description

Ubuntu release: Karmic Koala (9.10).
Source package: texlive-lang-* 2007.dfsg.4-2 (all, except texlive-lang-german).

The file "isolatin.def" is needed by some LaTeX packages that do not work well with UTF8 characters, like "algorithmic" and "listings". However, this file is missing from most texlive-lang-* packages, being present only in texlive-lang-german. The file is very small (1213 bytes) and could be present in all latin language packs.

Of course, it is always possible to install "texlive-lang-german" just to have that file, but it would be better to make it available in the other latin languages as well...

Just checked that this bug is also present in 10.04 Lucid Lynx.
