package ptex-bin 2012.20120611-2 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 2

I was upgrading from 12.04 to 12.10 when it occures, then as I after that did another upgrade from 12.10 to 13.04 it happens again.
 it wanted to upgrade only parcially due to this package.
