Some packages missing in texlive-math-extra in lucid

Bug Description

eqnarray, hvmath and tmmath CTAN packages have been in the texlive-math-extra package until karmic, but are now missing in lucid.

http://packages.ubuntu.com/lucid/texlive-math-extra
Some of these packages are of wide use (for example hvmath is used in many publication, especially PNAS (www.pnas.org)). Could you include these packages again?

Was trying to compile a document that uses breqn and found this problem. Why were these packages removed?

That has *nothing* to do wit breqn.

Support files for non-free fonts. If you need them, get them from
CTAN.
