Bug Description
The "info" package that is preinstalled on Ubuntu Focal ships with a "info.desktop" file that adds a "TeXInfo" desktop launcher displayed among other apps. The launcher opens a terminal application that is confusing and user unfriendly for many users. Users that actually want to use info can do it using a terminal. Please, consider removing the desktop file or at least set it to not show among other apps.

Adding "NotShowIn=GNOME;" (without quotes) to /usr/share/ applications/ info.desktop could be sufficient.
