Bug Description

This happened after I upgraded to 13.10 from 13.04 with do-release-upgrade.

After that I ran sudo apt-get install -f, and it installed the text-* packages with a the same warning for each of the packages saying:

Warning: Old configuration style found in /etc/texmf/updmap.d
Warning: For now these files have been included,
Warning: but expect inconsistencies.
Warning: These packages should be rebuild with tex-common.
Warning: Please see /usr/share/doc/tex-common/NEWS.Debian.gz
Warning: found file: /etc/texmf/updmap.d/10lmodern.cfg

Now I'm running sudo apt-get dist-upgrade to finish the installation.
This is the report from the dist-upgrade:
1036 upgraded, 77 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
