tesseract manpage doesn't document stdin/- input

Bug Description

It doesn't contain the string `stdin` at all, but the usage message (displayed after invoking `tesseract` without any arguments`) explains it and it seem to be implemented.

There's no info what `tesseracts` expects as EOF.

The manpage in 20.04 talks a bit about stdin/stdout (http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/focal/en/man1/tesseract.1.html), but not necessarily clear what should be used for EOF
