[Regression] telepathy-idle crashed with SIGSEV in g_simple_async_result_complete()

This bug is a regression of Bug 966789 and Bug 959874 while the first one better describes the problem.

The crash happens at random times WITHOUT pressing FN keys to change the backlight or anything else. When it happend the last time I wasn't even at the PC and just noticed when coming back. Empathy is running all the time in the background for me so this is kind of annoying. It disconnects and reconnects afterwards.

The crash also happend before I upgraded to the lts-raring kernel.
