Bug Description

Systemd 253 has ukify as a tool available but this has not been enabled.

See also the changelog from debian systemd 254 where they have enabled ukify.

It would be great if systemd could be updated to 254 for mantic or to enable ukify in version 253.

Sorry, we are just past feature freeze (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ManticMinotaur/ReleaseSchedule), so this will need to wait until next cycle.

I understand, but could uki be distributed within 253 then?

It does not affect the working of systemd but is very usefull for creating uki.
