system-config-samba.py crashed with SystemError in __init__()

Binary package hint: system-config-samba

I ran
 sudo system-config-samba and I got back:

-And sure enough, /etc/libuser.conf really didn't exist. I did a quick search of the file system for libuser.conf with no luck.
