I totally like this idea. Other stuff to clean:
- Leftover config files from removed packages (purge).
- The APT package cache!
- Autoremove packages (obsolete)
For stuff like the fonts, thumbnails, logs, etc, there should be a setting where we can say "Clean anything older than ___ days."
