This is saying in a very roundabout way that it failed to connect to the device. Is it connected ?

Yes, of course, via usb and it worked before but now it does'n, and it isn't give any usable error message.

I don't know what happened, I used it befor a week, but now I cannot view device status, I deleted partnership, but I cannot to add a new one.

Changed to synce-sync-engine as the provided trace shows that the problem lies within one of its files. synce-trayicon is just using the SyncEngine scripts

I can confirm for synce-sync-engine 0.15.1-0ubuntu0~ppa0~oneric1 from ppa:synce/ppa
