dpkg installed package are not displayed in the quicksearch until the index is rebuilt

Bug Description
Binary package hint: synaptic
1) Install Adobe Reader's deb package
2) Look it up in aptitude
3) Is there
4) Look it up in synaptic
5) Not there (See the attached screenshot)

Thanks for your report.
It is only a problem with the quicksearch. It doesn't find it because the index was not rebuild with the newest package but if you leave it empty and scroll through the list of package you should find it.
I'm marking as 'wishlist', because we could rebuild the index if the dpkg status file is newer than the package cache.
