Log History Screen Year only displays 3 digits

Bug Description
1. Open PySvn WorkBench
2. Click on the Log History clock icon on the main tool bar, opening the Log History date selection screen.
The year box is too narrow to display 4 digits and only displays the first 3. For example, on my screen I see only '201' instead of '2011'.
