[apport] stopmotion crashed with SIGSEGV in QString::fromLocal8Bit()

all I did was start 'stopmotion' and it crashed a few seconds after the initial screen came up.

Here I get crash too on Hardy Heron 64bit; kernel: 2.6.24-15-rt #1 SMP. I just open and click on it -> crash.

The crash does not happen with the latest version (0.6.2).

I can confirm that it is impossible to have stopmotion run more than 5 seconds on hardy 64-bit.
