Bug Description
Binary package hint: stopmotion
If i there is an image in a path that includes arabic (and probably reproducable on other non-latin utf8 characters), it will bring a misleading error message "You do not have permission to read that file"
To reporduce, try to create a path such as "/tmp/تجربة" and have an image there, then try to add it as a frame in stopmotion.
At ubuntu 10.04 and 10.10 spanish version too.
