Bug Description

This appears to be the same bug as https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/sssd/+bug/1641203 however as directed by Bryce Harrington in the last comment I'm opening a new bug report. I have some systems on bionic that are seeing this same problem. They are running sssd 1.16, which should have the fix, but still appear to have the problem with group policies that don't have equal signs in them.
