Bug Description

Did Execute query without opening a database first, results in application crashing.

To recreate

1. Open new instance of application
2. Goto Execute SQL tab
3. Enter anything in the SQL String field.
4. Click Execute query.

Crash then occurs. Have tried multiple times and it happens each time.

sqlitebrowser crashes every other query (on 12.04).

There's several bad reviews on the Software Center saying it crashes.

It works fine on 10.04
