card/caldav compatibility limited due to gnustep 1.28 change in ubuntu jammy

There is a regressin in string encoding in sogo/gnustep.

since this is not likely to be solved in sogo I would suggest:
revert https://github.com/gnustep/libs-base/commit/bd5f2909e6edc8012a0a6e44ea1402dfbe1353a4.patch or
remove sogo from ubuntu.

I think delivering a broken (LTS) product is worse than not delivering.
