Thank you for taking the time to report this bug to improve Ubuntu. desktop/ gnome3- buildsù, the last character should not be there, PPA names should not contain accented characters as far as I know. I am marking this as Invalid. Feel free to reopen this bug, if you encounter any PPAs having accented characters in their name, or if you get the same problem with another PPA too.
There is a typo in the PPA name you have specified in the command line: ppa:ubuntu-
