Bug Description
It'd be great if removing a PPA from the software-properties would automatically ask you if you want to go back to an "archive version" of the concerned package. This would be a nice way to try out daily builds and if they don't work out, go back to the archive version of it.

This functionality already exists in the ppa-purge package from xorg-edgers, so it should be as easy as running or porting that script when a PPA is removed or unchecked in Synaptic.
