Bug Description
During update to Quantal all non-Ubuntu APT sources have been disabled and commented with "wyłączony podczas aktualizacji do quantal". This causes software-properties to fail to modify those sources. When I click on the checkbox to re-enable one of them, an authentication window pops-up but after typing my password nothing happens. Removing non-ASCII characters fixes this for given source. I've checked and both Polish, Swedish and Ukrainian (cyrylics) non-ASCII characters cause this bug.
