Install button appearently does not react when an installation in progress

Bug Description

In Precise, pressing install button seems to work, but when an install is in progress, nothing seems to happen when pressing the button, but it still reacted to the button since the installations are queued up.

This is a regression since Oneiric. There the install button is greyed out at click.
