For the record, I was trying to flag a review in Filezilla. It was not really inappropriate, I just wanted to note that it would be best submitted in the right language. Here's the text I was trying to submit:
"The reviewer wrote a review in English while using another locale (Catalan), thus the English review will be shown to all Catalan users, which would rather expect to see a review in their language.
Is there a way we can come back to the reviewer and kindly ask him to resubmit the review in his own language?"
