install/remove disabled after cancelled authentication

Bug Description
Binary package hint: software-center
software-center 1.1.15
Select an application. Press the install/remove button in the list view (ie not details view). An authentication dialog will pop up. If you press cancel either all install or all remove buttons will be disabled in all list views.

@kiwinote although this bug was reported before but the bug that got attention first was bug#530393 so marking this a duplicate.
