Can't submit reviews, error message asks for log file but does not specify where is is found

Bug Description
Every time I try to submit a review it tells me "An error occured, check the log files". I thought this would get fixed soon, but there has been absolutely no improvement. It might also be nice to include in the message where those "log files" are located (which ones I should take a look at).

Hello Robin, and thank you for your report. Would you please try again to review the application and see if it works for you this time? We recently had some errors on the server side for the reviews service that have now been fixed, and it's possible that this was the cause of the error your encountered.
