Bug Description
snap send s system notifications about snap-store app should be stopped to enabled it to be refreshed, but it's unclear what I should do as a user, because snap-store is no graphical application that is open in a way I can see it as a user.
I finally was successful by just running kilall snap-store and then run snap refresh, but i am not sure if this is the right thing to do.
I think it would be more helpful if the notification message would be more clear and tell users how exactly they should "stop" the snap-store app.
