snap apps use wrong interface font under wayland

Bug Description
Some, if not all, snap apps use wrong interface fonts when running under wayland. They seem to use the default gnome font instead of ubuntu font.
I see this problem in snap-store, inkscape, and telegram at least. They all use the ubuntu font under X11.
