Bug Description

Trying to install libslepc3.11-dev-examples package on focal fails:

[Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/usr/share/doc/libslepc3.11-dev-examples/examples/config/cmakegen.py'
dpkg: error processing package libslepc3.11-dev-examples (--configure):
 installed libslepc3.11-dev-examples package post-installation script subprocess returned error exit status 1
