Unable to install Skype on 64-bit Ubuntu 16.10

While following the steps listed on the website: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Skype, I meet problems listed bellow.

Steps I had followed:

# dpkg --add-architecture i386
# add-apt-repository "deb http://archive.canonical.com/ $(lsb_release -sc) partner"
# apt-get update

# apt-get install -fy --force-yes --fix-missing skype
