Update simple-scan in Ubuntu 20.04 to 3.36.7 (fixes cannot scan a page using EPSON V39 scanner)

GNOME upstream have released a new stable version of simple-scan - fixes this and other issues, existing in older simple-scan 3.36.3, which is currently in Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (focal):

Overview of changes in simple-scan 3.36.4

  * Fix color scanning for Brother ADS 2200 and 2700 sane backend.
  * Updated translations.

Overview of changes in simple-scan 3.36.6

  * Display error message if simple-scan is unable to open simple-scan.log
  * Fix scanning on Epson devices, when Automatic Page Size is enabled.

Overview of changes in simple-scan 3.36.7

  * Fix displaying the compression value on PDF save.
  * Fix crash when scanning on Lexmark network MFP

GNOME has a micro release exception that covers this package.
