Sikuli (All version) screen capture conflicted with Docky

I'm using Linux Mint 17 cinnamon atm. I tried using Sikuli from version 1.0.1 to 1.2.0, and they works perfectly except the capture function doesn't function well. Everytime I tried to capture the screen there is a big black rectangle and I believe it's conflicted with Docky that requires compositing.

Furthermore, the screen capturing is unable to capture bottom task bar and menu bar, which I believe it's related to the issue of libtessera. Similar info can be found in this post : https://lists.launchpad.net/sikuli-driver/msg11356.html
