Tool window doesn't move to proper position when Shotwell window is resized

Bug Description

This is probably related to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/shotwell/+bug/824062 which was a glitching problem when a tool window was moved along with the main Shotwell window. This appears to be fixed, but now when the Shotwell window is resized, the tool window doesn't get moved to the proper location. Rather, it tends to wind up in random spots near the main window.

This is ticketed upstream at http://redmine.yorba.org/issues/4094
